Coleman Police Department
Message from the Chief
Welcome to the Coleman Police Department.
It is an honor and a privilege to serve the wonderful people of Coleman. Our community is built on strong small-town values, neighbors helping neighbors, respect for one another, and pride in the place we call home. At the Coleman Police Department, we take that responsibility seriously.
Our officers are committed to protecting the citizens, businesses, and visitors of our community through professionalism, integrity, and service. We believe that effective policing begins with strong relationships, trust, and open communication with the people we serve.
Guided by our motto, “Our Town, Our Duty,” we work every day to safeguard life and property, maintain peace, and ensure that Coleman remains a safe and welcoming place for families, businesses, and those traveling through our town.
We are proud to serve this community and remain committed to working together to keep Coleman a place we are all proud to call home.
Sincerely,
Chief of Police JD Ravenscroft
